The food is exceptional, and the servers really care for the customers. Our cashier, Kyle, is easy to speak with and added energy to the environment. The food is really good with great balances of flavor, and the dark chocolate buckeye balls are a great sweet treat with some added protein.
Excellent food and even better service. Bryon was incredibly informative and took the time to walk me through all of the fabulous options. You can tell he truly knows the menu and cares about the experience. Highly recommend.
As a vegetarian and into fitness it’s so hard to find food out that’s healthy and clean. I ordered the black bean burger bowl double protein with rosemary potatoes, root vegetables, squash and broccoli with a sweet chili sauce. I asked if this could be cooked on a separate grill due to me being a vegetarian and I was shocked to find out it was no problem at all. I’m so happy to find a place that serves a yummy meal, filling and nutritious while getting my macros in for the day! They even gave me a dessert for free for the new year, very thoughtful place. Check it out! So good!
Customer service is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! If you're having a bad day, just visit this place to turn your frown upside down. Such great energy. And on top of all of that, the food is sooooooo fresh and delicious. I got the build your own bowl (delish!) and I got the chocolate covered cherry protein drink!!! Wowzers! Please make this your go to place for lunch/dinner.
I travel a lot and it so hard to stick to my meal goals when I have to eat out for every meal. Spent a few days in Louisville and found this gem of a cafe-feeling place that has good choices on their menu in mouth-watering combinations AND offers meal plans. So good eating foodie-level food without the guilt. Now looking for one closer to me!
Kyle did a wonderful job introducing us to the menu and brand! From the warm greeting at the door to the service at our table. My husband and I will definitely be back.
We usually get the meal plan meals, but decided to eat in the cafe today. I got the bacon chicken ranch flatbread and it was delicious! My husband got the big boy 2.0 and thoroughly enjoyed it! Both came with a side (we both got sweet potato fries) and were extremely filling! Will definitely be eating from the cafe again!
Stopped by to pick up my first meal plan order. Got 10 meals half off on my first purchase, great value! Decided to try the Southwest buffalo bison wrap with sweet potato fries, great flavor and clean food don't often go together, but they definitely do here. Very filling as well. Definitely beats any fast food spot, 10 out of 10 recommend.
Just started working out. Diet was the hardest thing for me. I was recommended to this place by my gym. The food is amazing, makes meal prep not even a thought, their food has all the proteins, macros, etc listed on their prep bowls. Today I tried their chicken teryaki ramen bowl after a workout! Best fuel, tastes delicious HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Not to mention the staff is very personable and passionate about what they are doing. 🙏
Everything start to finish was perfect. Food tastes amazing, great options, great prices, service was outstanding. Frozen to go options also available. But overall this place is a great go to if you are trying to be more health conscious and still need quick options! Something for everyone here. As a side note, the young man working the register was very welcoming, helpful, suggested different items, gave us a menu to take home and asked us to fill out a Google review. You can tell he loves his job and that is rare!
